MyPortalWeb Platform for Integrated Billing

Order entry system, label printing and data synchronisation with the company TMS

MyPortal is the web application developed to allow Ceccarelli Group's customers to manage shipments independently. The portal acts as a direct interface with the transport management system (TMS), allowing for digital order entry and immediate availability of data in the logistics flows.

The interface is designed to standardise the data entry process: through a sequential workflow, the user fills in the shipment details (recipient, packages, weights, additional services) reducing discrepancies. In addition to data entry, the system centralises post-sales operations, including the printing of travel documentation and monitoring the progress of procedures.

  • Guided Data Entry Workflow:A structured procedure in 4 phases (Base and Recipient, Invoice Data, Delivery Data, Summary) for the standardised completion of the order.

MyPortal Loglab: WMS Web Portal

Web interface for real-time stock monitoring, management of inbound/outbound flows, and warehouse KPI analysis.

The Warehousing module of MyPortal is the vertical solution dedicated to Loglab customers (Ceccarelli Group) for remote supervision of logistics activities. The software provides a transparent view of your outsourced warehouse, allowing direct consultation of stock levels, batches, and expiry dates without intermediaries.

In addition to static stock visualization, the platform serves as an operational tool for flow management: the user can monitor the status of incoming and outgoing orders, checking the progress of procedures and the association of transport documents. The system also integrates basic Business Intelligence (BI) features, providing summary indicators on space occupancy and tools for mass data extraction.

  • Stock Monitoring: Tabular consultation of stock with details for item, description, batch, expiry date, and quantity (pieces/pallets).

MyPortal CRM - Management solution for sales & marketing

The CRM module of MyPortal is a "tailor-made" tool designed for the specific needs of the Commercial and Marketing departments of the Ceccarelli Group. The software architecture centralises standard functionalities in a single digital hub ofCustomer Relationship Management— such as lead management, the history of interactions (visits, appointments), and activity planning — enriching them with advanced economic indicators.

The system stands out for its deep integration with external financial providers, offering a 360-degree view that correlates commercial activity with the financial solidity of the partner. As highlighted by the "Companies" interface, the CRM allows for granular segmentation of the customer portfolio, facilitating both the daily operations of the sales force and the strategic analyses of management.

Booking Portal - Management of loading and unloading slots

Web system for planning access to the warehouse, configuring bays, and managing time flows.


Developed on Odoo architecture, this application digitises the accreditation and booking process for logistics operations. The portal acts as a connection point between the warehouse and external carriers: the latter can access a dedicated web interface to independently select available time slots, eliminating the manual management of phone or email appointments.


From a management perspective, the software provides logistics operators with full control over engagement rules. It is possible to configure specific operational constraints for each site (such as opening hours, lunch breaks, and receiving capacity) and define mandatory parameters for booking, ensuring that each occupied slot is accompanied by all necessary data for resource planning.

  • Carrier Self-Service Booking:Guided interface in 4 steps for self-booking, with visual selection of the reference warehouse and real-time consultation of the availability of time slots.
  • Infrastructure Management (docks and vehicles):Granular configuration of loading bays with binding association logic (e.g. specific vehicles enabled only on certain bays) and definition of the types of vehicles allowed.
  • Dynamic Data Collection:Module for custom data requests at the time of booking. The system allows for specific fields to be made mandatory such as vehicle registration, driver name and phone number, or volumes of goods (e.g. "Total Pallet Count").
  • Temporal Planning:Definition of standard timings for loading/unloading operations and management of the operational calendar, including holiday or extraordinary closures.
  • Operational Supervision: Dashboard for an overview of active bookings and tools for validation or management of requests by warehouse staff.

QuoteFlow 2.0: Quote automation with AI

Integrated module on Odoo for the semantic analysis of email requests and the automatic generation of quote drafts.


Developed on the Odoo ERP infrastructure, QuoteFlow is the tool dedicated to optimising the sales cycle and reducing manual data entry. The system intercepts the incoming email flow directed to the sales office and, through Artificial Intelligence algorithms, analyses the content of the emails to identify quote requests.

The AI engine automatically extracts unstructured data present in the body of the message (pickup/delivery locations, weights, measurements, type of goods) and converts it into structured fields within a new quote draft. As visible in the interface, the technical details specified by the customer via email are instantly mapped to the corresponding fields in the management system, leaving the operator with the sole task of validation and selection of the rate through a guided workflow.

  • AI Data Parsing: Automatic analysis of the incoming email text for the extraction of logistical parameters such as packages, weight, dimensions, and addresses, with pre-filling of the quote form.
  • Sales Workflow Management: Guided process for handling the quote, from the draft phase ("To be worked on") to sending to the customer, ensuring the correct selection of economic conditions.
  • Integrated Mail Threading: Conversation tracking system (Chatter) positioned alongside the quote, which maintains the history of all emails exchanged for the specific quote, ensuring the contextualisation of communications.
  • Advanced Logistical Specifications: Dedicated technical fields for the management of ancillary services identified by the request (e.g. "Tail lift", "Scheduled delivery") and volumetric details (Length, Width, Linear metres).
  • Integration of Customer Data: Automatic association of the request with the customer present in the database or creation of a new prospect based on the sender's data.
