This Policy may be modified or updated at any time by the Data Controller. The notice is provided only for this website and not for other websites that the user may consult via links, except for those mentioned above.

FINALITA’, DATI E BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO
The Data Controller informs users of the site that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below, and to keep users updated on news, promotions, and the activities of the Data Controller:
To provide the good and/or service requested by the user, manage the contracts entered into by the user, fulfil the related administrative, accounting, tax and legal obligations, as well as respond to requests made by the user;
To assess their experience of using the platform, the products and services offered, and to ensure the proper functioning of the web pages and their content;
The subject of the processing includes browsing data and data voluntarily provided by the user.
Legal Basis
The execution of a contract is the legal basis for the enjoyment and functioning of the website with which the user interacts, that is, for the use of the services offered by the Data Controller, also through the site. The processing carried out for purposes not related to contractual purposes is based on specific consent provided by the user.
Browsing Data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computing environment.
Such data, necessary for the use of web services, is also processed for the purpose of:
- obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- checking the proper functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data does not persist for more than seven days (unless there are any needs for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authority).
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data contained in the correspondence. Any specific summary information notices are provided or displayed on the pages of the Site prepared for on-demand services, in such a way as to draw the attention of the interested party to the processing of their personal data.
The processing of your data has the following purposes:
- purposes related to the use of the services offered by the site (site navigation);
- activities closely related and instrumental to the management of relationships with customers and potential collaborators (contact requests);
- to process data related to CVs for job application evaluations.

MODALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO
Data processing will be carried out through the following operations: collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.
Data will be processed both in paper and electronic and/or automated form.
OBBLIGATORIETA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO DATI
The provision of the Data referred to in the paragraph concerning the purposes and legal basis of the data is mandatory. Refusal to provide the aforementioned personal data therefore does not allow the possibility of using the services offered by the Data Controller, including through the Site.
Some personal data are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site, while others are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its proper functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. In the processing of personal data that can, directly or indirectly, identify the user, a principle of strict necessity is respected. For this reason, the Site has been configured in such a way that the use of personal data is kept to a minimum and to limit the processing of personal data that allows for the identification of the user only in cases of necessity or at the request of authorities and law enforcement (such as, for example, data related to traffic and duration on the website or the IP address) or for the ascertainment of liability in the event of hypothetical cyber crimes.
DESTINATARI DEL TRATTAMENTO
The data subject to processing will not be disseminated; however, for the purposes indicated in this notice, they may be communicated to third parties, including consultants and freelancers, public entities, to comply with obligations arising from laws, regulations, community norms or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the legal relationship.
The data will be processed by the following subjects:
- Employees of the companies, in Italy and possibly abroad, who operate as authorised persons for data processing based on their duties and adequately trained.
- External Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
For all the purposes indicated in this notice, the data may also be communicated abroad, both within and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees provided for by current legislation, subject to verification that the country in question ensures an 'adequate' level of protection as provided for by the GDPR.
PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI
The data, from the time of their receipt/update, will be retained for the entire duration of the contract and/or for a period commensurate with the purposes of the processing mentioned above.
After the retention periods indicated above, the data will be destroyed or anonymised, in accordance with the technical procedures for deletion and backup.
DIRITTI DELL’INTERESSATO
Any data subject may, at any time, request:
- access to their personal data (art. 15 GDPR);
- correction in case of inaccuracy (art. 16 GDPR);
- deletion of data related to them (art. 17 GDPR);
- restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR);
- the right to object to the processing of data where the conditions apply (art. 21 GDPR);
- the right to data portability, that is, to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data provided (art. 20 GDPR).
As far as not expressly provided for by the provisions referred to herein, reference is made in full to the current privacy legislation.
Furthermore, it is possible for the data subject to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority based in Piazza di Montecitorio n.121, 00186 Rome.
To exercise these rights, communications may be sent to the Data Controller.

Your personal data will be processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with the principles of necessity and proportionality, avoiding the processing of personal data where the operations can be carried out using anonymous data or by other means.
We have adopted specific security measures to prevent the loss of personal data, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorised access, but please do not forget that it is essential for the security of your data that your device is equipped with tools such as constantly updated antivirus software and that the provider supplying your Internet connection ensures the secure transmission of data through firewalls, anti-spam filters, and similar safeguards.
