SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability has become a fundamental pillar of our business strategy. An added value that drives a company to be even more responsible towards the environment and society.
Thanks to the synergy with all our stakeholders, we want to lead a positive change in the sector by promoting sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.
IMPACT
Monitoring one's environmental performance is essential in order to reduce one's impact and positively influence climate change, focusing particularly on the carbon footprint.
People represent a valuable asset, a source of relationships and social interaction. Ethical and social issues concern the value of personnel, their training and development, and last but not least, their health and safety at work.
Family cohesion is a determining element of Ceccarelli Group; the experience of founder Bernardino Ceccarelli and now his son Luca Ceccarelli has characterised each individual company in the Group. Currently, 370 employees collaborate, divided among the various companies.
PEOPLE
TRANSPARENCY
Our governance is based on principles of ethics and integrity. Professional ethics is a fundamental pillar that defines the behaviour of every team member, from employees to executives. This goes beyond mere compliance with regulations: it is a constant commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and trust in all our operations.
The ESG journey of Ceccarelli Group
With the aim of initiating a transparent dialogue with its stakeholders, the Group has drafted its sustainability report. This voluntary document outlines the results of the first ESG monitoring and the future strategies to align with ESG criteria (environmental, social, and governance).

TARGET

The Sustainability Report of Ceccarelli Group illustrates our ESG strategy, initiating a transparent dialogue with all stakeholders. Through targeted analysis, we have identified the key issues that guide our actions and future commitments to sustainable development.
This approach to corporate sustainability actively involves the entire value chain, allowing for the joint definition and monitoring of objectives and initiatives. We firmly believe that our voluntary ESG reporting is an essential tool not only for organising existing projects but also for planning sustainable and future-oriented growth.
