These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) apply to all users of the website www.ceccarelligroup.it (hereinafter “the Site”), and all related functionalities offered by Ceccarelli Group S.r.l., VAT: IT02169920309, with registered office at V.le Venezia, 520 - 33010 Udine (UD), Tel.: +39 (0432) 690761, Fax: +39 (0432) 690573 (info@ceccarelligroup.it)on behalf of the legal representativepro tempore(hereinafter also “Ceccarelli Group S.r.l.”).

The Site allows users to take advantage of a range of services: site registration, customer management and relations (CRM), shipment tracking, invoice viewing, assistance requests, consultation and creation of pick-up orders, consultation of documentation (including, but not limited to, invoicing and quotations).

The user declares that they accept these Terms of Use which govern access to and use of the Site, as well as the content available through it. Therefore, users are invited not to use the Site if they do not intend to accept these Terms of Use, which constitute the contract between users andCeccarelli Group S.r.l.and bind the parties to the conditions set out below.

 

REGISTRATION

The Site is freely accessible and consultable by the user. However, in order to access the reserved area of the Site, the user is required to register by creating an account and filling out a form with their personal data. Ceccarelli Group S.r.l.reserves the right to refuse to publish or to delete any User content or a linked source if it contains or presents any of the following unacceptable content:

Offensive, harmful and/or abusive language, including, without limitation: curses, blasphemies, obscenities, harassment, vulgarity, sexually explicit language and incitement to hatred (for example, racist/discriminatory speech);

References to illegal and/or unlawful activities, intentional impositions of surcharges, misleading advertising or violations of the right to health (for example, food poisoning, foreign objects in food, etc.);

Messages of offensive comments about other users;

Any content thatCeccarelli Group S.r.l.considers to be illegal, or in violation of any community, state or local law or regulation, or the rights of any other natural or legal person;

Any encrypted content or that contains viruses, trojans, worms, time bombs, robots or othermalwareintended to damage, interfere with, intercept or appropriate any system, data or personal information.

In the event of invalidity or inapplicability by law of any provision of these Terms of Use, including, by way of example but not limited to, the exclusions of warranty and limitations of liability indicated above, the remaining provisions shall continue to have full force and effect and the invalid and/or inapplicable provision shall be deemed replaced by the valid and applicable provision that most closely corresponds to the rationale and spirit of the original provision.

The execution of the provisions of these Terms of Use byCeccarelli Group S.r.l.is subject to existing laws and procedures and nothing contained in the Terms of Use derogates from the right ofCeccarelli Group S.r.l.to comply with requests or requirements arising from the application of such laws.
