Whistleblowing
Ceccarelli Group (comprising Ceccarelli Finanziaria S.r.l., Ceccarelli S.r.l., Cursor S.r.l., Euro's S.r.l., LME S.r.l., Loglab S.r.l., and Transfriuli S.r.l.) has implemented a system for receiving, managing, analyzing, and processing reports, including anonymous ones. This system provides whistleblowers (employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, partners, shareholders, and members of corporate bodies) with a dedicated portal to report any known irregularities to the Company's designated oversight body.
Access to the dedicated platform is available to all parties specified by Legislative Decree 24/2023: employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, business partners, shareholders, and members of corporate bodies. Furthermore, the system guarantees protection against any form of retaliation linked, even indirectly, to the reported facts.
The Platform must be used exclusively by those defined as whistleblowers under the applicable regulations and for the specified purposes. The following do not qualify as whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be taken into consideration:
Disputes, claims, or personal requests regarding one’s employment relationship (which should be submitted to the relevant Human Resources departments).
Complaints regarding service disruptions or the quality of services provided by the company (which should be directed to the dedicated customer service or operational functions).
All individuals indicated by Legislative Decree 24/2023 can access the dedicated platform: employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, business partners, shareholders, and members of corporate bodies, and, in any case, it guarantees protection against any possible retaliation related, even indirectly, to the reported facts.
The Platform must be used exclusively by individuals defined as "reporting persons" under the applicable legislation and for the specified purposes. The following, for example, do not constitute whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be taken into consideration:
Disputes, claims, or personal requests relating to one's own employment relationship (to be sent to the relevant Human Resources departments).
- Complaints regarding service failures or poor performance of services provided by the company (to be sent to the dedicated corporate functions).
